Address Accuracy

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Evernook Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact our support team and we will assist where possible.
